Cromarty Firth Cycling Club hosted the David Bruce Memorial 50tt / SC North Championship on Sunday 10^Th June. Conditions were good for the 16 riders who took to the course which runs from Balintrad out onto the A9 up to the Dornoch Bridge , Then south to the Cromarty Bridge and then back north to Kildary and finishes on the B817 just past Polnicol Hall.

Fastest Rider on the Day was Tom Broadbent (Elgin CC) in a time of 1.51.39 followed by Colin Duncan (Elgin CC) 1.57.49 and Sean Quin (Law Wheelers) in 3^rd in 1.58.35.

Fastest Lady on the day was Jennie McColl (Aberdeen Wheelers) in a time of 2.09.13. Kyle Cartmell (RT23) was the Junior winner in a time of 2.04.21 and Alisdair Washington (Caithness CC) won the Vets Std with a time of +32.44.
