CFCC had five riders competing at the Angie Macdonald Memorial 25tt on Saturday morning. On arriving at the race HQ conditions seemed good with almost no wind but once out on the A9 course riders found there was a bit of a headwind on the way out to the turn at Ardullie roundabout. The winner of the Silver Saddle trophy which Ross-Shire roads CC managed to find again after it being missing for several years was Tony Hay of Highland Bikes Racing Team in a time of 56.40mins closely followed by Kyle Gordon of Sandy Wallace Cycles in a time of 56.44mins with Kevin Lackie of MCRT in 3rd in a time of 59.01mins.
