Four CFCC riders headed to Garve on Saturday evening to take part in the Helpers 25tt/NOSCA Championship. It was a dry night but a strong headwind on the way out to the turn at Achnasheen made it very hard going on the way out. Riders reported doing 12mph in bits on the way out and then 40mph on the way back from the turn. Mike Gordon was the fastest CFCC rider on the night managing to complete the course in a time of 1:04:14 to finish in 10^th place overall. David Stuart was next with a time of 1:05:33 in 14^th then Nigel Levett in 15^th in a time of 1:05:42 in his first ever 25tt. Then Alan Cook was in 25^th place with a time of 1:14:28.
