David Stuart , Donald Stephenson and Alan Cook were joined by Roger Sewell on Sunday for the CFCC club run. Meeting in Alness in glorious sunshine the riders left at 9.30am and headed through Evanton and out along the back road to Dingwall. The first climb left everyone moaning they had worn to many layers and underestimated just how mild the weather was. The four headed out of Dingwall and through Conon bridge to Muir of Ord. Turning right in the Muir it was then on through Marybank and up the hill and into Strathpeffer where they stopped for a coffee at the old railway station. After coffee it was back along to Dingwall and more climbing back up to the back road home and home through Evanton. In the end a lovely 40miles on a warm dry day.
